Want to eat AIP but not have to buy a bunch of different ingredients? Try out this 5-day, 10-ingredient meal plan that can make eating AIP simple – but still delicious!

Here's a 5-day autoimmune paleo meal plan that uses 12 ingredients:

Ingredient List:

  1. Chicken breast
  2. Sweet potato
  3. Broccoli
  4. Carrots
  5. Spinach
  6. Avocado
  7. Ground beef
  8. Zucchini
  9. Onion
  10. Garlic
  11. Apple
  12. Almond Butter

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: Sweet potato hash (or hash browns) with sautéed spinach and diced chicken breast
  • Snack: Sliced carrots and avocado dip
  • Lunch: Broccoli and chicken salad with paleo mayo dressing
  • Dinner: Ground beef stir-fry with zucchini, onion, garlic, and spinach

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: Sweet potato and chicken breakfast bowl with sautéed spinach
  • Snack: Sliced carrots and guacamole
  • Lunch: Broccoli soup with diced chicken breast
  • Dinner: Ground beef and sweet potato skillet with zucchini

Day 3:

  • Breakfast: Sweet potato and chicken breakfast hash with sautéed spinach
  • Snack: Sliced avocado with non-iodized salt
  • Lunch: Broccoli and chicken salad with paleo mayo dressing
  • Dinner: Ground beef and sweet potato chili with diced onion and garlic

Day 4:

  • Breakfast: Chicken and spinach omelette with sautéed zucchini
  • Snack: Apple slices with almond butter
  • Lunch: Broccoli soup with diced chicken breast
  • Dinner: Ground beef and sweet potato shepherd's pie with onion and garlic

Day 5:

  • Breakfast: Sweet potato and chicken breakfast bowl with sautéed spinach
  • Snack: Handful of blueberries
  • Lunch: Broccoli and chicken salad with paleo mayo dressing
  • Dinner: Ground beef and sweet potato meatballs with zucchini and onion
