Day 1:

  • Breakfast: AIP breakfast bowl with sliced avocado, sautéed spinach, and roasted sweet potato wedges
  • Snack: AIP-approved plantain chips with guacamole
  • Lunch: AIP chicken salad with homemade avocado mayo, served over a bed of mixed greens
  • Snack: Sliced cucumber with AIP-approved ranch dressing
  • Dinner: AIP beef stew with grass-fed beef, carrots, parsnips, and turnips

Day 2:
