I hope you’re doing well. I'm excited to share an updated 12-Ingredient AIP meal plan with you! I sometimes find it easier to mix and match ingredients to keep things fresh and straightforward, and that's precisely the approach we've taken today.

5-Day AIP Meal Plan

Shop Aldi || Shop Whole Foods (Below)

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Breasts
  2. Ground Beef
  3. Pea Protein Powder or Collagen Powder
  4. Zucchini and/or Zucchini Noodles
  5. Carrots
  6. Sweet Potatoes and/or Sweet Potato Hash Browns
  7. Spinach
  8. Avocado
  9. Fresh Berries (like blueberries or strawberries)
  10. Fresh Cilantro (or another AIP-compliant herb you prefer)
  11. Lettuce (like Romaine or Iceberg)
  12. Coconut Milk

Pantry Items

  1. Olive Oil
  2. Honey
  3. Garlic
  4. Lemon

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: Coconut Milk Smoothie with Fresh Berries and a drizzle of Honey. Add some pea protein powder and/or collagen powder for a protein boost.
  • Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad with Lettuce, Carrots, and Olive Oil & Lemon dressing.
  • Dinner: Beef Stir-fry with Zucchini and Garlic.

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash Browns with Avocado slices.
  • Lunch: Zucchini Noodles Stir-fried with Ground Beef and Garlic.
  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Sautéed Spinach and Roasted Sweet Potatoes.

Day 3:

  • Breakfast: Spinach and Avocado Smoothie (made with Coconut Milk) with pea and/or collagen protein.
  • Lunch: Lettuce Wraps with Ground Beef, Carrots, and Cilantro.
  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken with a side of Mashed Sweet Potatoes.

Day 4:

  • Breakfast: Coconut Milk Smoothie with Spinach and a touch of Honey with protein boost.
  • Lunch: Chicken Salad: Chopped Chicken, Avocado, Spinach, Olive Oil, and Lemon.
  • Dinner: Beef and Veggie Skewers (zucchini and carrot pieces).

Day 5:

  • Breakfast: Sweet Potato and Avocado Mash.
  • Lunch: Lettuce Wraps with Shredded Chicken, Zucchini Slices, and a sprinkle of Cilantro.
  • Dinner: Ground Beef Patties with a side of Sautéed Spinach and Garlic.
